When you fill in the contact form on this site, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, and a message describing what you want built. You are not required to fill any field beyond your name and email.

1.2 What your browser gives us automatically
- Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referer, user-agent. Retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies: this site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- Analytics: none at launch. If analytics is added in future, it will only run after you have consented via an explicit banner.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
- To keep accurate records if we enter a contract with you.

3. The contact form and the [CONFIRM] endpoint
Until the contact form endpoint is configured, submitting the form opens your email client with the message pre-filled to contact@weblaze.in. No data is stored on this website by the form itself. Once an endpoint exists, this section will be updated with the exact storage location, retention period, and access controls.
4. Legal basis (India — DPDP Act, 2023)
We process the personal data above on the basis of your consent (submitting the form, emailing, or calling us) and for the “legitimate uses” recognised under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — namely responding to your enquiry, performing a contract you have entered or plan to enter with us, and complying with legal obligations.

- Erasure: you may ask us to delete your data, subject to legal-record retention.

Form enquiries and email/phone records are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if we enter a contract, for the duration of that contract plus the statutory accounting retention period under Indian law. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to any stored data is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data using reasonable technical and organisational measures.
8. Third-party links
This site links to SR University (sru.edu.in) and other external resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
9. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
